Shipping Policy
On Hand Orders: On hand items are the current stock of products that are readily available for purchase and shipping. Processing takes 3-4 business days before goods are released to our third-party parcel handler for shipping. LeyshaeLayedit, LLC. utilizes Standard USPS 3-4 business day shipping. Please allow at least 5-8 business days from the date of your purchase to the date you receive your items.
Pre-orders: Pre-order items are not readily available and require payment before the item arrives on hand. Pre-order events will always be highlighted in the product title. Processing takes 9-10 business days before goods are released to our third-party parcel handler for shipping. LeyshaeLayedit, LLC utilizes Standard USPS 3-4 business day shipping. Please allow at least 12-15 business days from the end of a pre-order event to the date you receive your items.
- LeyshaeLayedit, LLC is NOT liable for late, missing, or stolen shipments once orders are released to USPS. Please refer to your tracking information and carrier customer service for delivery predictions and delays.
- Please expect delays of at least an additional 3 days during holidays and high order volume periods.
Pick-up Policy
If you plan on receiving an install with your LLI purchase, you can reach out to us before purchasing. Ensure you are selecting "pick up" at check out and not delivery.
Orders can be picked up in store within 1-2 business days. After making your order for pick up, contact us (443)-330-7617 with your name and order number to arrange date & time.
Return/Exchange Protocol
At LLI, we aim to provide real authentic products that exceed customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order feel free to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
***Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are not honored. ***
However, returns and exchanges are accepted. The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received with its original packaging. Cut wefts, washed hair, used products, etc. will not be accepted.
Contact us first to process your return or exchange. We will confirm the receival of your return first and then update you once the new product has been shipped.
